Commercial Energy Assessor
New commercial buildings that have just been constructed will have to be issued with a commercial energy certificate to show how energy efficient they are. This certificate can show potential buyers or tenants just how efficient the building is and give then a good idea of how much it might cost them to run in the future. The certificate is issued by a Commercial Energy Assessor who comes out to the site to inspect the property. They look for certain elements as they carry out their survey such as the size of the structure. Other elements that the Commercial Energy Assessor looks for include what heating and hot water systems are in place. The thermal characteristics of the building are taken into consideration as is the ventilation of the property. Renewable energy sources will be a big plus if they are found iin the property. Once the assessment has taken place by the Commercial Energy Assessor they give the building a rating from A to G. If the building scores A, it`s highly energy efficient, whilst a grade of G means that it`s fairly poor. New commercial properties should be fairly energy efficient and their owners will find out when the energy assessor visits the site.

Office Design
Over the years your office might have started to feel more cramped as new members have been added to the team. When you first arranged the scheme of the office each team member was suitably catered for. Now the overall design of the office is wrong and you have even thought about moving into larger premises. However, this could be a step that doesn`t need to be taken because all that you could require is help with the overall Office Design . Experienced dessigners can be brought in who will be able to maximise the true potential of your office interior. They can provide you with detailed schemes on how your new Office Design can look. As part of their findings they`ll highlight areas that are being underused and be able to maximise all of the floor space that is available. Existing furniture can be utilised as part of the plan and new items can be sourced if they are required. You might feel a little cramped at the moment but the new Office Design will soon provide you with all the room that you will need. Old partitions can be removed and new open-plan environments can be created that are far more forward-thinking.

Hairdressing Scissors
I`ve been going to my current barber for a few years now and he always takes the time to conduct a very thorough cut, no matter how long I have left it in

Motor Scooters
It`s an expensive business running a car these days when you take everything into consideration. There`s the cost of insurance, road tax and servicing, not to mention the annual MOT if the car is over three years old. Buy new and the vehicle will depreciate heavily; buy second hand and how can you tell if the car is going to be reliable? The cost of car ownership has seen an influx of people looking at ulterior modes of transport. In the UK there has been a rise in the appearance of Motor Scooters because they make cost effective types of transport. The humble motor scooter became popular during the 1960s amongst the MOD culture. Rockers might have hated them but MODs loved the Italian influence that the Motor Scooters brought about and today Lambrettas and Vespas are still extremely popular machines. There are other makes of Motor Scooters that are proving to be popular and if you want a daily commuter that can help you to nip and out of traffic a Rhythm50 could be just what you need. These Chinese-built Motor Scooters look nippy enough and if you want to run a bike on a shoestring budget, this could be the ideal machine for your requirements.
